Saint Patricks Day Parade to Almendron – €30

The circular route from the Miners House thru the hunters Canyon to Almendron and back by the Eagles Rock to the Miners House.
Roughly 6-7 hours with breaks. starting point is at 500 meters and the highest point is 1400 meters and the distance is about 16 kilometers.

Transport included. 8 places only.

good fitness required to enjoy this hike.

A couple of summer arrivals seen on the local patch this morning, there were plenty of Yellow Wagtails (Lavandera Boyera / Motacilla flava iberiae) and a singing Sedge Warbler (Carricerin Común / Acrocephalus schoenobaenus) which was a year tick bringing me up to 195 so far.
There was also a secretive female Bluethroat (Pechiazul / Luscinia svecica) in the same spot.
